Returns & Store Credit Policy

Free returns for store credit only for all U.S. orders and no restocking fee.  

 

Our standard return policy is 7 days.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a store credit or exchange.

 

Pre-Orders return policy is 14 days.  If 14 days of gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a store credit or exchange.

 

Please try on everything as soon as you get it. & Email/message within 6 days of receiving your product, to let us know that you are returning - we need to have your name on the receiving list. {help@vimvboutique.com}

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached if there are any.

Sale Items including Holiday Sale items
Swim Suits
Jewelry
Intimates, Hosiery, & Bodysuits
Hats

Gift cards
Health & Beauty Supplies, including press on nails and nail wraps.

 

How will I receive my store credit:

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 5-10 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse based on the high volume of returns. Please note this increase of processing time is due to the addition of FREE RETURNS and as a result elevated levels of daily returns. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to get our staffing and processing needs resolved. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed

Store Credit:


We only offer Store Credit for returns, we do not issue refunds to original  method of payment. Store credit never expires, and it can used to on any items. We get new products in every day, so if you do have any questions or concerns please contact us at help@vimvboutique.com. Store credit will include the price of the item and applicable taxes. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damage or if you were sent the wrong item or size. An exchange e-mail must be sent within 6 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement. Read below for how to return.

 

Damages:

While we hope this is never the case, sometimes items are damaged. You must send us a photo of the item within 6 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement. We are unable to offer replacements after that time frame, since we are not able to determine if the item was worn and damaged from use. If you did not send a photo with your first email of the damage, please reply to this email with a photo of the care tag and the damaged part. If the item that you ordered is no longer in stock, we will reach out to you to see if you would like to change that item to a different one.  Send us an email at help@vimvboutique.com and send your item to: PO Box 775, Heathsville VA 22473.

 

How do returns | and canceled orders work with Shop Pay or Sezzle?

Shop Pay & Sezzle purchases are subject to Vim&Vigors standard returns policy of store credit only for items returned within 7 days of fulfillment. If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive a store credit for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.

Once we receive the order back and we verify it is in the above condition, you will receive an email with your gift card code within 5-10 business days. If we receive an item back that does not meet the above criteria, it is subject to an $9.95 shipping fee to be returned to you.

If we receive an item that is marked final sale, there will be a 25% restocking fee taken from your store credit due back for the return. 


Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Gift Card to the gift giver and they will find out about the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
