Order Cancellation & Pre-Order Policy

• To cancel an order email help@vimvboutique.com within 12 hours of the order being placed. Your order will be refunded minus the processing fees incurred with the order.
• Cancellations will only be completed during our customer service hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST) 
• Cancellation requests received after the 12 hour window, or outside customer service hours (this includes weekends), cannot be guaranteed and may still ship out per our shipping guidelines.
• WE DO NOT CANCEL OR REFUND ORDERS MARKED AS HIGH FRAUDRISK. YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION WILL ALSO BE REPORTED.

Preorder Policy

• If you purchase a PreOrder item the estimated shipping date will be listed in the item description. These are only estimates and subject to change. If you choose to cancel your PreOrder a 3% restocking fee will apply as these items were ordered specifically for you.
